POC Newsletter 4/27/04

***      -This year's super cool t-shirt, the "10 Signs you might be a POCer" is still for sale. They are $8.  See Nell at the next meeting, you know you want one.

-There will be a meeting next week in the usual place at the normal time.

-If you have any gear checked out, you will NEED TO RETURN IT BY FRIDAY or you will face quite UNPLEASANT CONSEQUENCES . You may have to learn to take your finals without depth perception or full use of your precious opposable thumbs, or (more likely) your grades will be ENCUMBERED until the truant gear is returned.  The closet will be open for checking gear in/out Wednesday at 5:30 and on Friday at 6:15.

-Roll session this Friday from 6:30 to 8:30pm in the dive pool. Get in the pool and watch your troubles rinse away.

Outgoing Trips:

-Climb Time Towers on Wednesday and Thursday meet behind the RSC at 6pm

-Nell is going climbing in the Red or the New (or possibly some other cool three letter location).  She will be leaving Saturday and will be returning Wednesday, so if you have to be back before then you will need a car (or some applicable super powers), email her (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) if you are a hard core POCer that doesn't use finals as an excuse to stay inside.

-If you can't spare quite that much time, Vlad is going climbing at the Red this weekend.  Email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for the specifics.

***Old news repeated just for the oblivious and the new members (because new POCers need love too)*

*Old news is now marked because every second saved online is a second you could be outside.

If you have any questions, comments, or complaints, spell them out (ransom note style) using letters cut out of magazines, then scan it, and send the picture to me @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
