POC Newsletter 1/21/03

Announcements:

-    I would like to thank all the volunteers who helped with POCAR. You guys did an excellent job. Also congratulations to all the participants. It was a tough race, and just getting out there is an accomplishment in its own right.

-    If you have any suggestions or constructive criticism or praise or whatever about POCAR. Contact Mick @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and/or Shelley @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

-    It would be cool if everyone sent an email to the Radio Club thanking them for their help. Without them we would have been in a lot of trouble. They had radios and 4-wheel drive vehicles which made all the difference in the world. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

-    Also if you want to throw in a comment about the race to the guy from the Exponent send him an email. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. The story should be run Wednesday or Thursday.

Outgoing Trips:

-    Climbtime Thursday, meet behind the corec at 6pm.

-    Kayak roll session Friday 6:30-8:30pm, newcomers meet at the diving well in the RSC. Everyone else get your own boat. =3D)
